Rother District Council is commissioning a Service in which the Provider will plan, develop, implement, operate, monitor and evaluate a Housing and Wellbeing Hub to support individuals who are Rough Sleepers and/or members of the Street Community and/or living in Temporary Accommodation. The contract length is for 24 months (2 years) with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
