The Department of Health and Social Care would like to appoint an evaluation contractor to undertake a robust process and effectiveness and cost-effectiveness evaluation of the roll-out of models of ‘out-of-hospital care’ for people experiencing homelessness.The Out-of-hospital Care Model programme aims to improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness by supplementing existing models with targeted services and interventions. This Procurement is covered under Light Touch Regime.
