Surrey County Council Vision Impairment and Sensory Loss Services for Adults and Children
Descriptions
Surrey County Council are procuring a new contract for the provision of combined sensory services for adults and children. The new contract is anticipated to start no earlier than 1 April 2021 and will be in place for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 36 months. The contract will be split into two lots delivering the following services below: Lot 1: Vision Impairment and Sensory Loss for Adults Lot 2: Habilitation Training for Children and Young People with Vision Impairment. This PIN notice will be only used once and if there are no expressions of interest the contract will be directly awarded to sight for Surrey.
