The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert the market of Torus' intention of creating a framework to provide development construction consultancy services for a range of projects including but not limited to new build, major refurbishment works, minor refurbishment works and any works notifiable to Health and Safety Executive (HSE). The framework will be split into lots according to the discipline of service being offered.
