Descriptions
Added value portal t/a Pagabo and acting on behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust wish to establish a framework of developers capable of providing developer led schemes within the UK for the whole of the public sector. The framework will cover, all types developer led schemes within construction and premises. It is proposed that the term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from September 2020, with the option to extend for a further 1 ½ year period to April 2026. The framework shall have the facility for clients to direct award and further compete their requirement. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. A market engagement meeting is being held on the 30 June 2020 – 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. via Zoom.
