**Please note that the deadline for responses to this procurement has been extended to 26 February 2016 at 12 noon** South Kent Coast CCG are seeking to re-procure the current provision of Community Physiotherapy services through AQP. This offer is an accreditation process for new applicants and a due diligence process for providers who are currently accredited to provide Community Physiotherapy Services under AQP, to South Kent Coast CCG. All providers that wish to submit, whether existing or new providers, must read the procurement documents (available on the Bravo website). All existing providers MUST reapply to continue providing this service from 01 April 2016. The Technical Envelope has different sections for existing providers and different sections for new providers. Please note that ALL providers must fill out the Qualification Envelope in full. Please note that under ‘AQP’ contracts there will be no guarantees of volume in the contracts awarded. Further, prices are set according to a local tariff, specifically listed in the contract payment schedules. Potential Providers are asked to please note the following: Providers should read the Qualification Information document and all other supporting documents, available for download on Bravo, prior to filling out the Bravo application form, paying attention to the guidance therein. The Bravo Messaging system for questions from Applicants will close on Tuesday 09 February 2016 at 12 noon, allowing time for answers to be posted and applicants to complete their applications by the reply by date of Friday 26 February 2016 at 12 noon. If Applicants are asked Clarification Questions during the Evaluation Stages, they have 48 hours in which to respond. Please ensure that you have staff available to answer the questions, which will be sent to you by email. Failure to respond in the given time could adversely impact your application.
