Innovate UK is embarking on an End-to-End Impact Management Design project, including the definition of metrics, data, processes, and governance for defining, measuring, monitoring and reporting and the enabling of evaluation of IUK's impact across all our interventions. The benefit of this is to establish a systematic, robust and compelling impact management structure to create an evidence base upon which IUK can demonstrate its impact consistently and regularly to stakeholders., We are looking for a solution to manage the end-to end Impact Management impact structure which will cover a wide range of metrics and impacts across our portfolio of innovation interventions throughout their lifecycle, from initial business case, right through the intervention cycle, in line with our "Evaluation Framework - How we assess our impact on business and the economy"., UK Shared Business Services (UK SBS) provide procurement services for UKRI, and in support of this project, UK SBS and IUK are looking to hold a pre-market exploratory exercise to understand what is available within the market by way of suitable solutions against a broad set of requirements.
