The Ombudsman is inviting tenders for the provision of People Management software. PSOW currently uses separate software for the following tasks/functions:• Time keeping (clocking in and out, requesting annual/flexi leave)• Employee HR records (including absences)• Employee training records• Recruitment & Onboarding• PayrollIdeally PSOW would like one system that can run all of the above.
