Harrow Council submitted a successful EOI to NHSE for capital funding to develop a local site to provide 2-4 bedded accommodation for a specialist respite and outreach service. Harrow Council and CCG are collaborating to procure a specialist service to provide short stay and overnight respite with an intensive intervention behavioural service for CYP with a diagnosed learning disability, challenging behaviour and autistic spectrum disorder.
