Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a not for profit procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Frameworks and Dynamic Markets. Our membership includes organisations providing services to the whole public sector including organisations such as housing associations, Almo's local authorities, NHS trusts, education providers, emergency services, government agencies and charities. The Framework will be split into the following Lots: Lot 1: Supply only of Windows and Doors Lot 2: Supply and installation of Windows and Doors Lot 3: Supply only of Composite Fire Doors Lot 4: Supply and installation of Composite Fire Doors
